Supplier portal terms of use
These terms cover access to the Circle UK Group supplier onboarding, compliance, jobs, and invoicing portal.

By creating an account, signing in, or submitting supplier information through this portal, you agree to use it only for legitimate business with Circle UK Group Ltd. These terms apply to supplier onboarding, compliance renewals, operational job management, invoice submission, and related support requests.
Access and account security
- Use the portal only if you are authorised to act for your company or to manage supplier activity on its behalf.
- Keep login credentials secure and tell us quickly if you suspect unauthorised access, shared credentials, or any account compromise.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass permissions, scrape protected data, upload malicious files, or use the portal for unrelated commercial activity.
Supplier information and documents
- You are responsible for ensuring the company details, contact data, service areas, compliance evidence, and invoice submissions entered into the portal are accurate, current, and complete.
- Any document or data you upload must be lawful to share and must not infringe another party's confidentiality, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
- Submission through the portal does not guarantee supplier approval, job award, payment, or continued portal access. Circle UK Group may request clarification, reject submissions, or suspend access when required for operational, security, or compliance reasons.
Service availability
We may update, maintain, limit, or temporarily suspend parts of the portal to improve security, stability, or service performance. Where third-party services are used for authentication, hosting, or business verification, their availability may affect portal features.
